Sound familiar?

You're a good therapist. Nobody taught you to run a business.

"I've been in private practice for two years and I still have open slots every week."

"I charge less than I should, because asking for my full fee feels like too much."

"I want to leave my insurance panels, but I'm afraid my caseload will disappear."

"Every quarter, the taxes catch me off guard."

"I spend my evenings on notes, billing and admin that nobody pays me for."

"I can't take a week off without losing a week of income."

None of this is a clinical problem. It's the business side of private practice, and it can be learned.

  • Help scaling a large group practice (that comes later)

Questions

Before you join the waitlist

Is this clinical training?

No. Well-Built Practice is business education only: getting clients, setting fees, insurance and billing, money, taxes and admin. There's no clinical training, supervision or case consultation, and we never ask you to share anything about clients.

Do I have to leave insurance?

No. Many members will keep some panels. The program shows you how to add private-pay clients, and, when you're ready, how to leave panels step by step.

What will it cost?

The standard price will be $99 a month. The first 50 founding members pay $49 a month (or $490 a year) and the next 50 pay $69 a month (or $690 a year), locked for as long as they stay.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If it isn't right for you, ask within 30 days and we'll refund you in full.

When does it open?

January 2027. The waitlist hears first and gets the founding prices before we open to anyone else.

Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?

No. It's free. We'll email you when we open, and you decide then. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How much time does it take?

Lessons are short (5–10 minutes), each with one action. The weekly live call is about an hour and is always recorded, so you can watch later.

I'm not licensed yet. Can I join?

It's built for licensed therapists who are starting or running a solo practice. If you're close to licensure and planning your practice, join the waitlist and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
